The printing enterprise LLC "Leoprint" has been working in the market of label products since 1989. Now the scope of our interests embraces production of high quality flexo- and offset commodity, namely: labels for alcoholic beverage industry, wine and cognac industries, labels for mineral waters, sweet aerated waters, packing for food industry and household chemical goods, etc.

Printing is made by means of offset, high, flexographic and screen methods on paper, cardboard, foil and polypropylene tape. The printing equipment is the following: offset multicolour machines "Polly", the Swiss printing line “Graficon" (double printing technology, hot and cold stamping with foil, congreve, lamination, UV- varnishing, configuration cutting), the special equipment for hot stamping of Heidelberg’s production, the Swedish-made rereelers with labeling option.

Offset printing method has been developed since 1989. Nowadays LLC "Leoprint" produces the wide range of high quality offset commodity – starting with calendars and finishing with labels for elite alcohol products (beer, wine, horilka).

The branch of flexoproduction was established in 2004 on the basis of fundamentally new standards and unique capacities. Our equipment allows to produce graphic products with the lineature not lower than 50 dpi at the pace of 40-100 m/min.

LLC “Leoprint” today is a high quality staff, the newest equipment, the most perfect technologies, high quality materials by efficient application of which the company manufactures high quality graphic commodity. Commodity quality is determined by the following factors:

1. using high quality graphic materials (self-sticking and label paper, polypropylene tape, paints, UV varnishes, etc.) of the following producers: Fasson, Ritrama, Raflatac, XSys, J + S, Sericol and others;
2. using high efficient equipment made by the leading manufacturers;
3. prepress preparation – based on the design-studio staff’s work which comprises product
4. high professional staff,
5. constant raising the level of staff’s skills, training course in Switzerland supported by Graficon;
6. individual approach to the client’s interests and requirements.

LLC “Leoprint” purchased a new printing line manufactured by Graficon. / 17.10.2006
The line comprises the following capacities : screen printing, letterpress printing, hot stamping, congreve, configuration cutting UV-varnishing.
